Diego "The Nightmare " Sanchez

I have been a big fan of Diego Sanchez Supporter. Since TUF season 1, I love the way he fights and the way he wins. The way he strike fear into his opponents, making them bleed and making them pay. He had 23 wins and 2 losses, to me. The two losses to Josh Koscheck and Jon Fitch, was a fluke. As he was smoking marijuana and loss his focus what his drive was all about. He rebounce back on his feet leaving a blood trail of wins over Clay Guida and Joe Stevenson Two great Fighters.Damn this guy is the " Nightmare " , he gives you to shivers when he stares you down. Look at the way he stare down Clay Guida, He is the Original Bad Boy.

Bad Boy for Life
Kudos to Diego " The Nightmare " Sanchez.

Fear Factor : Tap Out

"Tap Out or Face a broken Limb.
"

In Submission Grappling, whenther if it is Jiujitsu or any form of grappling. Tapping out is a form of defeat to any grapplers. As long as i have been training, I have been tapping out to everyone i know who is better then me. What if it is the other way round?Losing to someone who is junior then your someone who is a total beginner. That is a totally a big fear factor that any grappler has to face.

Sometimes i do have to admit that i tap out to the seniors. I have built a habit to tap out on the training mat regardless of what training is all about. The thing about really learning is to Tap Out. That fear of tapping out to someone who started later then you. You would have to train hard and built up on your offensive and defensive skills that makes us a better fighter. Remember that if you get Tap Out on the Mat, Ring or the Cage.

There is a loophole in your grappling, so never stop exploring, training and learning. The most important is to keep a humble attitude and keep on learning.
